Classes at Fit Missions

We offer more than 100 classes per month, catering for a range of ages and abilities!

FM:60

FM:60 is a 1 hour coached class focusing on Strength & Conditioning. The class is for all abilities and we include weightlifting, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular.

​

This class is great if you want to tone up, build muscle and get much fitter whilst having fun!

FM:30

Short on time? This class maximises your effectiveness in just 30 minutes!

 

This is a 30 minute coached High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. FM:30 works on overall fitness levels. Perfect to get in before work or after the school run!

HYROX

Fit Missions is the only affiliated HYROX gym in the Peak District!

 

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. These include Rowing, Wall Balls, Burpees, Sled Pushing & more!

​

Accommodating both the more advanced athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

WEIGHTLIFTING

In this class we spend 1 hour focusing on and breaking down technique for various Olympic Lifting movements including The Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

​

If you want to build a strong core and learn how to lift weights safely and effectively then this is the class for you.

PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH

This coached 1 hour strength class focuses on building and toning muscle in the upper body. 

​

Here we use bodybuilding techniques to help strengthen muscles that help with movements like push ups, pull ups and muscle ups!

​

If you want to tone your upper body then this class is ideal for you. One of the most popular classes in the weekly Fit Missions class schedule!

OPEN GYM

Gym access to do your own thing. Practice your lifting technique, work on your rowing endurance or take on a workout. The time is yours to work on your fitness outside of the classes.
