Every Tuesday night at 7 pm coach Joe will be taking you guys through a session aimed at making you more mobile in a range of positions specific to what we are working on in the gym. Each week will focus on a specific area relating to the CrossFit and FM:30 programs, meaning that adding this mobility class to your current routine fits perfectly alongside what we currently offer at the gym.
