If your first goal is to get fitter, stronger or leaner, our Community Fitness classes are what you need. They are constantly varied so you’ll never get bored; high intensity so you’ll know you’ve worked hard; and contain the functional movements (squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling) that are essential for day-to-day life.
Community fitness is for everyone: all ages, abilities and experiences of training. All we ask if that you’re willing to work hard, cheer on your training buddies and stay open-minded to the concept that exercise can be enjoyable.
We run a foundation course once a month, to take you through the 9 fundamental movements of Community Fitness and once you’ve completed that, you’re ready to take part in all of our classes. These courses can also be delivered as personal training sessions.
Community Fitness is great for building muscle, stripping body fat and achieving a sculpted figure. The fact that it is also fun and you’ll meet a group of brilliant people is an added bonus.
