Run over two evenings, the Elements Course breaks down the 10 fundamental movements of CrossFit. Our coaches will take you through each movement and instruct you on correct form and technique. During the Elements course, we combine the fundamental movements with short lectures on nutrition and our training programme.
In short: our Elements course is very personal and we will always make sure we tailor to your specific athletic capacity and wishes.
After the Elements course, you are ready to become a new Fit Missions member!
