Yoga classes at Fit Missions incorporates Iyengar combined with Sivananda Yoga. Traditional Mysore style combined with Yoga therapy and alignment.
Iyengar is all about allignment and modern-therapy where we use block and bands to help getting into certain poses.
Sivananda is a collection of traditional poses with a strict focus on breathing and after a final relaxation you are guaranteed to leave with a total sense of wellbeing.
