Fit Missions opened opposite the park in Bakewell in the heart of the Peak District in September 2016 and has quickly built a reputation as a welcoming fitness hub where training is actually FUN, and the coaching team supports you 100% whatever your goals. If your goal is to get fitter, stronger or leaner, our CrossFit classes are what you need. They are constantly varied so you'll never get bored; high intensity so you'll know you've worked hard; and contain the functional movements (squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling) that are essential for day-to-day life.

CrossFit is great for building muscle, stripping body fat and achieving a sculpted figure. The fact that it is also fun and you'll meet a group of brilliant people is an added bonus.


If you can't make the CrossFit classes or want to start off with training that focuses entirely on bodyweight and low resistance movements, FM:30 is for you.

We run 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes every day: before work at 7am, after the school run at 9am and 9.30am, and a lunchtime session at 12.30pm - perfect if you want to get fit in a hurry!


Spin at Fit Missions is FUN, FAST and SWEATY!

Taking place in our specially-designed Dark Room with the lights down low and the music up high, Spin is a great blast of cardio before or after a hard days work. Described as "hands down the best Spin Class in the Peak District" this class fills up fast, so book via the app today to secure your seat.


FlexFit is our very own concept of Flexibility and Core workout that will target your stomach and core muscles like never before! With a mixture of stretching and metabolic conditioning this class will rock you to the core! Bring a towel, it gets sweaty!


Personal Training at Fit Missions is a great way to focus on your individual goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the ropes, an experienced gym-goer or someone who prefers one-to-one attention, we can tailor-make a programme to suit you with as few or as many sessions each week as you'd like.

Nutrition plays a big part in getting results.

Our in-house Fuel Station offers our clients a choice of nutritious smoothies, protein shakes and food to fuel their training.

We also run seasonal detox programmes which deliver short, sharp blasts of guided nutrition to keep you on track.


Get your gloves on and get ready: FIGHT CLUB has arrived! This fast and furious classes promises to take your jabs and turn them into power punches as our coaches push you to the limit. Through a series of focused drills with your partner, your core strength, metabolic conditioning and power will improve no end. Book in and get ready to be fighting fit!

Refunds and Cancellations

As our classes and Personal Training schedules are busy, we run a Late Cancellation Policy:

Personal Training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged for in full.

All classes must be cancelled at least 3 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged for in full.

Gym membership cancellations require a 1 month notice period.

Free 1 Week Membership

We offer a Free 1 Week Membership to local residents, whose primary or main residence is within 20 miles of Fit Missions. The Free 1 Week Membership begins on the day you claim it via Team Up and includes FM:30 - Fight Club & Spin classes. Visitors, friends and family who don't plan to join are more than welcome to book into classes using our Drop In price list or purchase a short-term pass (e.g. a one-month membership). .
